Prof. Ezra Suruma, the Chancellor of Makerere University presided over the 1st session of the 68th Graduation of Makerere University held on Tuesday – 16th January 2018. The College of Natural Sciences (CoNAS) presented a total of 378 graduands (3 PhDs, 37 Masters and 338 Undergraduates). Congratulations to all the graduands!
The graduands were presented for conferment of degrees by Prof. Joseph Y.T. Mugisha (Principal College of Natural Sciences) assisted by Assoc. Prof. Fredrick Muyodi (Deputy Principal) and Deans of Schools (Assoc. Prof. Muhammed Ntale – School of Physical Sciences and Dr. Eric Sande – School of Biosciences).
Special mention goes to our PhD graduands:
Dr. Samuel Wamutu (PhD in Biochemistry); Dr. Christine Kyalimpa (PhD in Chemistry) and Dr. Susan Luyiga (PhD in Zoology).
